I went to Savannah in March and was able to take an amazing class with Minnette Rushing at her shop, Savannah Custom Cakes. The class was all about fondant and gumpaste techniques. This is the "fake" cake i decorated while there. I also took a sugarpaste flower class taught by none other tha Ron Ben Israel. I will have pictures from that up too!
